My yoga experience began decades ago, dabbling in the occasional class with friends. Over the years and as I have travelled and grown, I dabbled more and more – one day realising my practice was a core part of my daily life.

I wanted to take my practice further and took the next step — teaching training. That was an experience that taught my far more than I had ever expected. I would like to share my learnings with you.

I find yoga gives my day calm and focus; it helps smooth out the bumps and rough edges. For me, it brings balance where sometimes there might be disquiet. It brings peace where sometimes there is disharmony. Yoga helps me move, breathe and rest.

My area of focus is Hatha yoga, bringing students safely into poses, their breath and their meditation.

Yoga is for everyone

My classes help you come together as one whole – mind, body and breath – in ways that are gentle and paced to suit you. I support you in your goal of feeling balanced, connected, grounded, less stressed and more relaxed. Postures are taught carefully, with thought and with guidance. Props are encouraged.

Relaxation and meditation

Writing my own relaxations and sharing these with those around me is a particular joy. These relaxations bring calm, rest and serenity. I look forward to sharing these with you also.
